Goods that are faulty
Should the goods you have ordered from ‘SJB Uniforms’ be faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose you must inform us within 14 days of goods being delivered. You must either telephone or email – DO NOT message us on social media, in busy times these could be missed. Please do not return goods without notifying us first with your order number and full details.
We will respond within 24 hours of your email, you the consumer have the right to a full refund including any delivery costs. You will be issued a full refund or an exchange with no delivery charge.
Goods damaged in transit
Any goods which are damaged while in transit please let us know via email immediately so we can raise this with our carrier. You must include your full name & address and order number.
You must return the item to us and we will offer a direct replacement at no extra cost or a full refund.
We ordered the wrong size/item
Goods can be returned and exchanged in this instance however this is at your own cost and risk to return it to us. You can also bring it to the shop for an exchange.
Can I cancel my order
In line with the ‘Distance Selling Act’ you the consumer are entitled to a no quibble full refund on goods only up to 14 days from the time the order was delivered. We cannot refund any postage costs in this instance.
You will need to notify us by email your intentions before any return is made. Following our response to your email you can return goods to the shop or by post at your own cost.
Any goods returned must be with any origional packaging and in unused condition.

Our Buying In-Store Returns Policy
Refunds will only be offered on faulty goods returned with the correct proof of purchase.
When goods are returned that are not faulty an exchange will be offered or a credit note for the value of the goods returned.
Any goods returned must be with any original packaging and in unused condition.
